Hello Old Friend!

It's been a long time, hasn't it? I apologize. I took the summer off, we've moved to a new home in a new state, and all my crafting has been on the back burner. But I'm back! : ) The fall weather has brought out a renewed spirit in sewing/crafting.

 First up - a oak leaf bowl. I remember seeing this from good ol' Martha a long time ago.

 I really want to make some more. I just need to get pattern enlarged so I can have a variety of sizes. And the acorns, oh the acorns, aren't the fabulous?! The are real, big acorns. Back in Florida I would only find small, puny acorns. These, my friends, are the real deal! It's the small things in life. : ) I did gild the bottoms gold to enhance them a little.

So just a quick little craft to get us going again. It's nice to be back! : )
